Photo. Video. 3D. No Limits.

Two boxers in an intense boxing match inside a ring, with one boxer throwing a punch at the other, both sweating and focused.
A black and white close-up of a hand reaching out with fingers extended against a dark circular background.
Black and white photograph of a residential street corner with a tall, narrow wooden building, several parked cars, utility poles and trees, and a clear sky.
A blurred black-and-white photo of a car in motion with streaks of clouds in the sky background.

This is a selection of my work blending black & white and color photography, capturing everything from raw, in-the-moment action to composed, detail-driven visuals. From film-inspired street scenes and high-intensity sports to automotive and community events, each image reflects a different approach to storytelling. Paired with my 3D work, this collection highlights both my creative eye and technical versatility across mediums.

know me

Hi, I’m Jonathan Sanchez.

I’m a dedicated and creative videographer with over four years of experience in video production and editing, certified in Photography and Media Arts. I specialize in the Adobe Creative Suite—especially Premiere Pro and After Effects—to craft polished, engaging visual stories. Outside of client work, I’m a digital artist who loves sculpting 3D scenes in Blender for fun and creative exploration.

I’ve worked with car clubs, restaurants, and high schools around Bakersfield to cover events from multiple angles: candid photography, dynamic drone shots, and short-form video optimized for social platforms like Instagram Reels. My goal is to deliver content that not only looks great but drives engagement and helps promote events effectively.

Featured Projects

Endless Engines is an international creative challenge hosted by digital artist Clinton Jones, where thousands of artists around the world create short animated scenes based on the same concept.

For this challenge, each artist designed a unique “engine” — anything from realistic vehicles to completely imaginative machines — and built a short cinematic animation around it. Every submission follows the same camera movement, allowing all the scenes to be seamlessly combined into one massive video showcasing hundreds of different interpretations.

The result is a fast-paced visual sequence where each artist’s work transitions into the next, highlighting creativity, technical skill, and storytelling on a global scale.

Endless Engines (2023)

Boss Fight is an international 3D animation challenge hosted by Clinton Jones, where artists from around the world create short cinematic scenes based on the idea of a final battle or “boss encounter.”

Each artist builds a unique environment, character, or creature, then animates a dramatic moment of confrontation using the same pre-defined camera movement. For this challenge i ended up landing on having a dragon be the main antagonist and having a knight be the “Hero” . I ended up using Embergen to create smoke simulations that i imported to blender and used a mix of sketchfab and Cargo kitbash assets to make the environment.

Eternal Ascent is an international 3D animation challenge hosted by Clinton Jones, where artists from around the world create short cinematic scenes based on the idea of continuous upward movement or progression.

Each participant builds a unique environment or concept centered around ascent—such as climbing, rising, or evolving—and animates it using a shared camera path. For this challenge i went for a fantasy style and spent my time creating a “jack and the beanstalk” environment.

Eternal Ascent (2024)

Chasms Call (2025)

Chasm’s Call is an international 3D animation challenge hosted by Clinton Jones, focused on environments built around a massive chasm or sense of depth.

For this project, I focused on creating a mech facility with a giant mech in it to create a sense of scale. in the scene i decided to have the mech come to life and break out by shooting a laser. Using blenders particle effects and Embergen i created sparks and smoke effects to emphasize the scale of the robot.

Rampage Rally (2025)

Rampage Rally is an international 3D animation challenge hosted by Clinton Jones, centered around high-speed vehicles moving through chaotic or high-energy environments.

For this project, I created a recreation of the Willamette Parkview Mall in the game Dead Rising, I challenged myself by using as much reference as i could to make a faithful recreation of the mall. then i spent my time populating the mall with zombies. The idea of the shopping cart with rockets attached comes from inspiration i had while playing the game.
